1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return under these conditions:

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags and accessories.

The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.

The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Certain items, such as custom-made products, personalized goods, or clearance items, are marked as final sale and cannot be returned.
2. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at info@trudefensehardware.com with your order number and reason for return.

If the issue is related to damage or defects, include photos or a brief video for review.

Once approved, we will provide a return shipping address and any additional instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item:

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
4. Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

Items used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Products that are intimate, sanitary, or otherwise non-returnable for health/safety reasons.
